Highdive has participated in the Commercial Directors Diversity Program for the past two years. The program pairs directors with production companies and creative agencies to increase the inclusion of women and other under-represented directing voices within the commercial advertising space. This year, we partnered with Danone and director Megan Brotherton to create a spot for Oikos.
